All our clients have 24-hour access to our secure online FTP system enabling fast, efficient and confidential movement of voice files and data. Clients can also exercise the option of sending audio through email, though this can sometimes be tedious and time-consuming.

Quality Control

Every transcript completed by our transcribers goes through quality control. Here, all documents are checked and proof-read word by word against the original dictation by a qualified and experienced editor.

Despatch

Edited documents are visually checked for correctness once more and are then uploaded back to the respective clients’ secure output directory on the FTP. We further maintain a backup copy of all dictations and documents processed by us.

Output
